DESCRIPTION:  This workshop teaches you all the basics you need to know at the Western dining table.   After an interactive lecture covering the principles of dining etiquette, it's time for students to roll up their sleeves to practice what they have just learned over a sumptuous, three-course meal.   Anything but mundane, this class is guaranteed to help you feel more confident at your next business luncheon or on your next date.  Bring an appetite to learn and bring one to eat as well!

  • Order and use of utensils
  • Etiquette of ordering
  • American vs. Continental
  • Mastering a three-course meal

  • General etiquette rules that also apply to meals
